ChapChapJobs FAQ
Where do ChapChapJobs listings come from?
From public job sources (employer career sites and job boards) and from recruiters who publish on ChapChap. Every listing keeps its official application link and its real deadline.
Which countries does ChapChapJobs cover?
ChapChapJobs is built for all 54 African countries. Listings online today come from Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, Benin, Burkina Faso and Kenya, with new countries added progressively. You can filter by country, sector and contract type.
How does the match score work?
It compares your resume with the job's requirements: skills (50%), experience (30%), role and sector (20%). Must-have and nice-to-have skills are extracted from the posting text.
How do I apply?
Open the job and use the apply button: it leads to the employer's official page, or to the ChapChap form when the recruiter receives applications in ChapChapTalents.
Do expired jobs stay online?
No. Jobs whose deadline has passed or that are no longer available are removed from the list automatically.
Can I tailor my resume to a job?
Yes. From your workspace, ChapChapCV can tailor your resume to a job posting and prepare interview questions.
